As a skilled data engineer and analytics specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

About the Role

This position requires strong domain knowledge in B2B portfolio management and experience in building KPI reporting with Power BI & SQL.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business users.
  • Define end-user experiences for data products to ensure clarity, usability, and strategic alignment.
  • Transform and integrate data from various sources to meet business requirements using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Data Engineering/Advanced Analytics roles.
  • Proven experience in setting up customer engagement platforms and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a remote, matrix-based organization and leading distributed project teams.
