Job Title: Data Insights Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and digital organizations by working closely with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide actionable insights by combining deep statistical skills, data manipulation capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Execute data analysis autonomously, applying existing data & analytics strategies relevant to your immediate scope.
  • Partner with data engineers to define and build simple data models, integrating existing tools to automate data ingestion, manipulation, quality control, and analysis.
  • Adhere to and advocate for data analytics best practices.
  • Develop working knowledge of data science to aid data analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hold an MSc in a quantitative field, preferably statistics.
  • Have 5-7 years of experience carrying out data analytics, data mining, and product analytics in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Possess applied knowledge of data analytics and data pipelining tools and approaches across all data lifecycle stages.
  • Have advanced SQL knowledge and scripting experience in R or Python.
  • Be able to write and maintain moderately complex data pipelines.
  • Have experience with big data technologies.
