Digital Fault Tolerance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts and hands-on experience with scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DFT strategies for complex digital designs.
  • Analyze and optimize design performance using various tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience in DFT engineering.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
  • Familiarity with RTL and gate-level simulations.
  • Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and timing constraints definition.
  • Experience with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.
