Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile application testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.

The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of leading a QA team, and experienced in setting up and managing QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Actively participate in bug triage and defend bugs with developers when issues are valid.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.
Required Skills & Experience

7-9 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.

Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).

Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.

Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.

Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.

Experience managing a team of 5-8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred experience in banking domain applications (lending, loans).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive leadership skills.
