Job Description

The role of a Mobile Sr Tester involves defining the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery. This includes providing status to the Test Lead or Manager, supporting the testing team, and working closely with Business Analysts (BAs), functional leads, and the development team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing. They should also possess good experience in API testing, comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.

Key responsibilities include writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing, including Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.

The selected candidate will be able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans. They should also have working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects, good written and communication skills, and the ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements into test specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in mobile and web testing.
