Director of Social Media Innovation

As a Planning & Strategy Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth for clients by harnessing social media platforms as broadcast or narrowcast channels.
You will develop engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise with a continuous test-and-learn approach. Collaboration with the client servicing team is crucial to enhance strategy direction, recommended programs, and tactics.
- Analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand will derive unique insights.
- Creation of an integrated campaign platform serves as a springboard for creative teams.
- Presentation of sharp POVs and riveting narratives through visual presentations.
- Translation of business objectives into social/digital media goals enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
- Definition of overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification, considering competitive analysis.
- Determination of effective advertising pressure to achieve goals within budget constraints.
- Postgraduate degree with 7+ years' experience in brand planning, social/digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
- Strong business acumen connecting business requirements to strategy solutions.
- Research and data analytical skills generating data-based insights.
- Passion for the fast-evolving social/digital media landscape.
- Eye for innovation and emerging platforms in social/digital strategy.
- Effective collaboration and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
