We are seeking a visionary leader to join our data business leadership team. This strategic role is focused on building and scaling cloud data platforms, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact solutions.

You will collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape data strategy and lead innovation across engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance cloud-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks
  • Lead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits
  • Provide technical oversight on data management, machine learning, and data engineering
  • Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization
  • Build and mentor a high-performing data talent pool
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales to position cloud solutions
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • 12–15 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Deep expertise in programming languages, data management, and orchestration tools
  • Experience with MLOps, feature store, and model lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with cloud integrations and BI tools
  • Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagement
  • GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services
