Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with expertise in program management, strategic planning, and team leadership. The role requires the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps, manage global stakeholder engagement, and communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps
  • Program manage multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance related programs
  • Creation of project plan with clear action items & milestones
  • Create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation
  • Manage global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables
  • Identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if requested
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives
  • Anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in prompt fashion. Project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Partner with Engineering, Product and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority
  • Support the development of business cases and programs as part of our Finance strategy
  • Comprehend overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact roadmap
  • Design & Execution of transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean & Six Sigma methods covering themes of standardization, consolidation, re-engineering and automation.
  • Manage and build relationships with key decision makers from project inception to post-deployment while simultaneously ensuring sponsor and end-user satisfaction
