Job Description

As a senior-level professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of AmplifAI's global SaaS technical support team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive exceptional support and service.

  • Team Leadership: You will lead a high-performing team in resolving complex technical issues, managing incident tickets, communicating status updates, and conducting screenshare sessions for issue resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain a robust Knowledge Base to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement within the team.
  • Daily Operations: Lead daily operations meetings to discuss ongoing issues, progress, and new initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain top talent within the support team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Possess at least 5 years of leadership experience in a technical support environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in technical areas such as SQL, Excel, and ticketing systems.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
