Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing digital platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing
  • Ensuring digital platforms function correctly for user journeys
  • Conducting mobile app testing on Android and iOS (UI/UX, compatibility)
  • Performing REST API testing for request/response validation, authentication, performance, and error handling
  • Documenting test strategies, test plans, and detailed bug reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience testing websites, mobile apps, and REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
  • Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Experience with bug tracking tools
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing media-heavy websites
  • Familiarity with loyalty systems
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and automation frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in QA/testing across web, mobile, and APIs
