Senior Leadership Position

The ideal candidate for this senior leadership role will possess a deep understanding of Indian GAAP, along with the ability to research complex technical accounting issues. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently apply relevant accounting standards and execute Ind AS engagements while researching complex technical accounting issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by collaborating closely with the Partner team.
  • Drive meetings and lead senior management through effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Foster a positive work culture, teamwork, and live core values.
  • Supervise and coach teams, delegate tasks, and motivate engagement teams to manage multiple engagements.
  • Work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
  • Identify opportunities for new mandates and prepare pitches.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, business trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet qualification requirements - CA certification.

Requirements:

  • CA certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP
  • Working knowledge of differences between Indian GAAP and Ind AS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills to drive meetings and deal with senior management
  • Ability to foster a positive work culture and teamwork
  • Supervision and coaching skills to delegate tasks and motivate teams
