Cyber Security Professional

We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate Cyber Security Professional to join our team. This is a technical role with partial customer-facing responsibility to solve product and cybersecurity-related problems of low to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precise Threat Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of security incidents tagged on Vigil, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Network Proficiency: Develop strong understanding of network processes, protocols, and architecture fundamentals to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective solutions.
  • Coding Skills: Utilize coding languages such as Python, Ruby, and R to develop scripts and tools for web application penetration testing and other cybersecurity tasks.
  • Web App Penetration Testing: Perform hands-on experience in web application penetration testing, focusing on practical skills rather than relying on certifications.
  • OSINT and/or SOCMINT Skills: Leverage Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) skills to gather valuable insights and inform cybersecurity decisions.
  • Product Utilization: Familiarize yourself with organizational products, utilizing them to identify security incidents and apply skills to identify, amplify, and highlight cyber and business risks.

  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity with a love for solving complex problems.
  • Solid team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients to identify what the security problem is and explain the solution.
  • Problem-solving skills, prioritizing workload, and effective time management.
