Job Title:

IT Process Manager

The role of IT Process Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless operations within our organization. As a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Management Execution Systems (MES).

You will lead cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy MES platforms that meet site-specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for validation leadership, documentation ownership, and product expertise.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • MES Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify site-specific requirements and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
  • Validation Leadership: Lead the execution of IQ, OQ, PQ, UAT, and traceability matrix activities to ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • Documentation Ownership: Develop and maintain accurate and compliant GxP documentation, including URS, FS, DS, test cases, and validation plans/reports.
  • MES Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of MES functionality and architecture to provide expert support and guidance.
  • Front-End Support: Provide first-line support for MES application issues and user queries.
  • Training & Adoption: Deliver training sessions to ensure user readiness and adoption of MES systems.
  • Data Management: Assist in data collection, migration, and master recipe creation to optimize system performance.
  • Audit Readiness: Ensure all documentation and systems are compliant and audit-ready at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Information Technology, Computer Science, Production, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree with specialization in Industrial Automation, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related fields.
  • GAMP 5 certification for system validation in regulated environments.
  • CSV certification for compliance with GxP.
  • MES platform certifications such as Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, or Rockwell.
  • 21 CFR Part 11 compliance training for electronic records and signatures.
