Clinical Operations Manager
Role Description:The Unit Medical Services Head is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of medical departments and services. This includes coordinating and managing all medical care and support services, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical operations and patient safety
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including patients, families, and community organizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical operations and patient safety
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay current with changing laws, regulations, and industry standards related to clinical operations and patient safety
Requirements:
- Qualification : MBBS + MHA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Superintendent role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
