  • Conduct primary and secondary research on competitors, clients, and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for internal and external marketing and brand creation for New Age CX.
  • Drive deal conversion through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of working experience in the CX field.
  • 3+ years of experience in working with multiple new age customers in CX.
