Transformation Leader - Legacy Modernization

This strategic role serves as the Transformation Leader for Legacy Modernization, managing a portfolio of value-added services and circa 2500 employees. The ideal candidate will need to have a deep understanding of technology, domain, and industry, coupled with strong leadership capabilities.

  1. Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a differentiated portfolio of offerings, driving growth through innovation and strategic direction.
  2. Practice Strategy: Define the practice's vision, roadmap, and portfolio of offerings to achieve profitable growth.
  3. Delivery Excellence: Lead large-scale modernization and migration initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  4. Clients Relations: Engage with clients to identify business opportunities, providing relevant solutions to increase delivery-led growth.
  5. Talent Management: Spearhead demand forecasting, resource planning, and upskilling initiatives to build a future-ready workforce.
