About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our protocol ecosystems.

As a Strategic Support Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and preparing communications: You will be heavily involved in external communications, drafting, editing, and managing correspondence/presentations/memos in a timely manner.
  • Managing high-value relationships: You will initiate conversations and nurture relationships, collaborating with internal sales, product, or treasury teams as needed.
  • Research and briefing: You will conduct in-depth research on new and existing technologies within the industry, presenting briefings on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive analysis.
  • Meeting follow-up: You will take detailed notes and proactively follow through on actions discussed during meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical business development or product role in a relevant industry (crypto, DeFi, TradFi)
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research on new and existing technologies and present findings on industry trends and competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and communicate technical and industry-related information effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a direct and questioning style
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Passion and deep understanding of the crypto industry to stay up-to-date with industry trends and cutting-edge technologies
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
