Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Specialists

About this job opportunity:

We are building a curated pool of Learning & Development specialists to support the delivery of multiple digital learning programs. These engagements are contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Location & Time Zones

  • Anywhere in India or outside
  • Remote-friendly; preferred time zones: India and Europe

Languages

English (professional proficiency) is required; French and/or German are strongly preferred. Please indicate your level of proficiency.

Functions & Responsibilities

  1. Instructional Designers – course design, accessibility, and localization; experience with CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD is an asset
  2. Project Managers – multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks
  3. eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline; SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers – responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1
  5. Learning Technologists – AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery – ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace
  7. Serious Games Designers & Devs – blend pedagogy and game mechanics to build meaningful learning experiences
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts – Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo
  9. Accessibility & QA – WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC; content, navigation, multimedia checks
  10. Event & Cohort Operations – global training logistics, run-of-show
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators – platform setup, speaker operations, engagement
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I – inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable L&D experience (enterprise/consulting/boutique firm)
  • Strong portfolio/case studies (links required)
  • Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery
  • Bonus: multilingual delivery, regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts

Engagement & Compensation

Contract/SOW; rate depends on role, seniority, and geography. Durations vary; some retainers possible.
