  • Trainer Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to elevate trainer expertise and maintain exceptional delivery standards.
  • Governance & Feedback: Uphold compliance and adherence to our code of conduct. Capture and share training data, insights, and feedback with leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.
