Job Title:

Technical Team Leader – Core Network Group

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Leader to lead our high-performance engineering team in delivering scalable Core Network-as-a-Service components.

  • This is a leadership position where you will mentor and guide a team of top-tier engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and writing scalable, robust, efficient, and easily maintainable code in C++, C, and Go. You will also develop and optimize cloud-based networking and distributed systems, drive design reviews, implement best practices, and encourage collaborative programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have 18+ years of software development experience with solid technical depth, and 2–3 years of hands-on technical leadership experience guiding high-performing engineering teams.

Desirable Skills:

You should have strong proficiency in C++, C, and Go programming/debugging, solid experience in networking protocols (L4–L7), IPSec, SASE, CASB, ZTNA, and a strong background in Unix/Linux systems – kernel, sockets, IPC.
