About Us Kangaroo Kids Dooravani Nagar is North Bangalore's newest and largest preschool, designed to set new benchmarks in early childhood education.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Coordinator to oversee day-to-day academic operations, ensure high-quality teaching standards, and foster collaboration between teachers, parents, and management.

This role plays a critical part in delivering our mission of providing best-in-class early childhood education.

Conduct teacher training, workshops, and quarterly performance reviews

Ensure effective utilisation of teaching resources and assessment systems

Plan and coordinate academic activities, events, and field trips

Work with the special needs department to implement inclusion practices

Lead student workshops, assemblies, and co-curricular activities

Maintain discipline and ensure smooth academic operations

Qualifications and Experience

Postgraduate with B.Ed. (ICSE/CBSE); Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and academic coordination/management experience

Experience with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE curriculum

Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant education tools

Experience conducting workshops, co-curricular, or sports activities
