We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving digital transformation.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that support large-scale transformation programs or projects. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies, as well as expertise in various database technologies, data transformation tools, change data capture, and data streaming platforms.

They will also leverage cloud-based data architectures and platforms to promote data security patterns, authentication, and authorization methods.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in data architecture or data engineering roles, with a significant focus in P&C insurance domains, is also required.

Requirements:
