Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Production Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Planning:
    • Prepare production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
    • Schedule, monitor, and control daily production activities.
    • Confirm and release work orders for timely execution.
    • Define daily order targets and ensure adherence.
    • Assign department-wise daily targets and monitor outputs.
  • Monitoring and Control:
    • Track production performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
    • Monitor resource utilization, manpower, machinery, materials.
Requirements:
  • Must-Haves:
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Experience in production planning and control.
