Job Title: Creative Space Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Space Planner. As an integral part of our design process, you will be responsible for crafting unique and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create modular designs based on client conversations and assess their needs to adjust your approach accordingly.
  • Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Own customer experience during a project and ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in design deliverables.
  • Lead and own an end-to-end project lifecycle, including creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio of residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and AutoCAD software.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, and modular design, as well as civil works and services.
  • Sales expertise in driving and leading design meetings with customers and closing deals through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
