Lead Software Developer - Frontend ExpertiseThis project entails a senior-level position as a full stack engineer to modernize our legacy platform. Our primary focus will be migrating the legacy UI to Spring Boot microservices and hosting UI pages on AWS. Key responsibilities include driving code refactoring, upgrades, security, and resilience improvements, monitoring, and other operational enhancements.
  • Built highly available, resilient, and secure production systems on AWS Cloud.
  • Migrated legacy UI systems to microservice architecture.
  • Upgraded legacy Java applications to Spring Boot applications ensuring high-quality and secure code.
  • Tested, documented, and quality-proofed work to ensure software meets business and operational needs.
  • Maintained CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment processes.
  • Troubleshooted issues to identify root cause and appropriate resolution.
  • Supported production deployments, operations, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitored metrics and improved logging, reporting, and alerting.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Experience working with CI/CD practices, build and deployment technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
