Full Stack Developer - Ruby on Rails">

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled full stack developer to join our team. As a full stack developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and efficient software solutions using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Develop strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
