Quality Assurance Professional in ServiceNow

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional with experience in ServiceNow to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This position involves developing and executing detailed test plans and cases based on business requirements.
  • You will be responsible for validating functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results, will be created by you.
  • You must identify, document, and report defects found during testing.
  • Collaboration with client teams is required for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implementation of Automated Test Frameworks (ATF) in ServiceNow will be your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases based on business requirements.
  • Validate functionality, including regression testing.
  • Create comprehensive test documentation.
  • Identify and document defects.
  • Collaborate with client teams.
  • Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM.
