Asset Management Professional
About the Role:
The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager is responsible for the timely and error-free settlement of various asset classes, including NSLR, SLR, Equity, Derivatives, and Debt Derivatives. This role involves accurate cash flow management, audit stock reconciliations, and SEBI compliance reporting for Mutual Fund operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of timely and error-free settlement of various asset classes
- Accurate execution of cash flow management of various Mutual Fund schemes
- Audit/stock reconciliations of different asset classes
- SEBI Compliance reporting relevant to Mutual Fund Operations
- Preparation/checking of accurate cash flow information on deals settlement & corporate actions
- Coordination with Custodian and various counterparties
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund Operations/Fund Accounting
- Knowledge of Indian Capital markets, banking, and financial services industry
- SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to settlement process & Reporting Requirements
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team.
