Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ITS projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ITS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee project planning, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that all technical and functional requirements are met.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to ITS standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle client and stakeholder communication, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and ensure continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ITS projects or similar large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITS technologies, smart traffic solutions, and ITS protocols.
