We're searching for a passionate and experienced Solutions Architect/ Technical Manager to join our growing team.

As a key member of our leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Oversight :

- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for all aspects of our software development lifecycle.

- Ensure a deep understanding of current technologies and best practices, guiding the team in implementing effective solutions.

- Offer technical expertise to team leaders, developers, and clients, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Oversee scientific methodologies and parameters, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our technical processes.

- Motivate and inspire the technical team by providing ongoing training and development opportunities.

Project Management & Delivery :

- Lead the planning, management, and execution of current and future projects, leveraging your strong technical understanding.

- Drive the development and implementation of robust software frameworks and tools to support our projects.

- Oversee the design, configuration, and integration of systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications.

- Champion data integrity, performance, and reliability for our databases and data warehouses.

- Develop and integrate web applications and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality within our systems.

- Collaborate with management to manage technical aspects, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in a software development leadership role (e., Technical, Solutions Architect, Technical Manager).

- Proven track record of leading and motivating technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.

- In-depth knowledge of system design principles, integration strategies, and data management practices.

- Experience with building, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level applications.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e., Python, Bash) and familiarity with web development technologies (e., APIs, web frameworks).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide the technical team
