Data Loss Prevention Security Specialist Lead

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will lead our team in implementing and managing data loss prevention (DLP) solutions across various environments. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our DLP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DLP Solution Implementation: Deploy and manage DLP Endpoint profiles to prevent sensitive data from being leaked or lost.
  • Access Role Management: Configure and manage Access Roles in DLP, including super user, system admin, policy manager, incident manager, and external auditor roles.
  • DLP Server Upgrade: Perform server upgrade activities, including backing up and archiving old incidents.
  • DLP Process Development: Develop and document DLP processes and procedures, as well as incident management and escalation workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions, integrating with tools such as AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience in managing teams and automating processes using scripting.
  • Understanding of data classification, BCP/DR of DLP, and knowledge of compliance regulations.
