We are seeking a Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer who can harness artificial intelligence to amplify human creativity, designing experiences that make complex business operations feel effortless.

This role is perfect for individuals who believe great design can change the world and are obsessed with understanding user needs and solving real problems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in using AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design with AI Superpowers (40%):
    • Create intelligent design systems that adapt to user behavior and business needs.
    • Prototype lightning-fast using AI to generate variations, test concepts, and explore design directions.
    • Experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your creative workflow.
    • Push creative boundaries by combining human intuition with machine-generated possibilities.
  • Craft Human-Centered Experiences (35%):
    • Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications & consumer products.
    • Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems.
    • Develop design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products & platforms.
    • Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every project.
  • Collaborate & Innovate (25%):
    • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation.
    • Partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure design supports growth & conversion goals.
    • Presentation of design concepts to stakeholders and defense of design decisions with data and user insights.
    • Mentor team members on design thinking and AI-augmented workflows.
