Law Internship Opportunity

Udyog Sakha is seeking a diligent law student to gain hands-on experience in litigation support and property documentation. This internship provides valuable experience in legal and property documentation, allowing the intern to develop practical skills and knowledge.

About the Role

The intern will be involved in various tasks, including conducting research to support case strategy, drafting legal notices and petitions, and assisting with case preparation and management. The role is primarily desk-based, focusing on ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Legal Research: Assist in conducting research to support case strategy and development of legal documents.
  • Draft Legal Documents: Draft legal notices, petitions, and other court documents.
  • Assist with Case Preparation: Help with case preparation and management for the firm's own cases.
  • Draft Property Agreements: Draft and review various property agreements.
  • Handle Paperwork: Handle paperwork and liaise with government departments.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
  • Data Recording: Perform data recording and manage miscellaneous property-related administrative work.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • LLB Program Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an LLB program.
  • Excellent Drafting Skills: Excellent drafting skills are essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Property Law Interest: Strong interest in property law and documentation.
