AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying Gen-AI and ML-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

1. Develop automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
2. Design, develop, and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based LLMs and conversational bots.
3. Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
4. Integrate AI-driven automation tools with existing systems and workflows.
5. Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.

Research and Innovation

1. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen-AI and ML technologies.
2. Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational bots.
3. Explore innovative ways to leverage Gen-AI and LLMs for automating complex tasks.
4. Publish findings and contribute to the AI/ML community through papers, presentations, and conferences.

Automation Development

1. Identify opportunities for automating business processes using Gen-AI and LLMs.
2. Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
3. Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Integration and Management

1. Integrate Gen-AI and ML solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
2. Ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven automation tools across various functions and business units.
3. Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions with other software systems.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field from a recognized University.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP and Azure.
• Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
• Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
