Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading QA efforts across embedded and software systems, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers; oversee performance and skill development.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for embedded systems and payment platforms.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage QA tasks in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute manual and automated testing: functional, regression, integration, and performance.
  • Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and practices.
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, and repeatability in testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product managers to meet quality goals.
  • Clearly communicate testing status, risks, and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of QA/testing experience.
  • Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Expertise in embedded systems and hardware/software integration testing.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Proficiency with JIRA, test management tools, and scripting languages.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
