About This Role

This is a pivotal position in our marketing team, focusing on developing and executing property-level communications that captivate our customers.

  • We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the creation of engaging content across traditional, digital, and social media channels, promoting our hotel's image and driving consumer awareness and preference.
  • The successful candidate will help build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive revenue growth and broaden our portfolio and brand awareness.
  • This role will also focus on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions to both hotel guests and local patrons, highlighting our unique offerings and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to budget, collaborating with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
  • Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests and driving incremental revenue to the hotel.
  • Maintain frequent engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about online programs and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field, with at least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email marketing software, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards.
