Job Overview

The role of a Language Trainer involves teaching languages to students, creating lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines, and developing communication skills through creative activities. The trainer will also use computers to assist with lesson preparation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach languages to students and assess their progress
  • Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
  • Develop communication interests, abilities, and coordination using creative activities such as art
  • Use computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching, and reporting
  • Supervise students during classes and at other times in the institute
  • Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work
  • Discuss students' progress and concerns with parents and administrators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language teaching experience
  • Ability to prepare engaging lesson plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
