Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Condition monitoring of rotating equipment using various techniques like vibration, oil analysis, thermography, videoscopy, etc
  • Analyzing online and offline data acquisition techniques to identify maintenance needs and prevent major breakdowns
  • Supporting reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters
  • Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the condition of rotating equipment to identify developing faults and defects
  • Maintaining rotating equipment in compliance with associated standards and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal, various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, etc
  • Formal training in condition monitoring subject techniques from vendors, consultants, and reputed technical training institutes
  • Certification in condition monitoring techniques

Desirable Skills:

  • Overall experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of condition monitoring in a power refinery petrochemical industry
  • O&G Downstream Upstream Midstream AR VR MR
