Automate IT Infrastructure with a Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ansible specialist to lead our infrastructure automation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and be proficient in various tools and technologies, including Ansible, Docker, Bash Scripting, Python, CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git, and GitHub.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To design and implement automated workflows using Ansible for efficient deployment and management of IT resources.
  2. To develop and maintain high-quality scripts and playbooks to ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.
  3. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. To stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technologies and apply new knowledge to enhance existing processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure automation, preferably with Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
