Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an experienced electronics technician. As a specialist in surface mount technology (SMT), you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of SMT lines to ensure high-quality production.

  • You will perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting tasks to minimize machine downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Using data analysis skills and technical expertise, you will identify and resolve issues efficiently, applying corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or diploma with 3+ years of experience in SMT, with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Fuji NXT pick-and-place machines.
  • Expertise in SMT processes, including problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic quality tools to analyze and resolve process/equipment issues.
Desirable Skills

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Data analysis skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing new product introductions and trials.
