Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Equity Actions Specialist to join our team.

  1. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possessing NISM-Series-II-A certification and capable of handling a team of 5 to 7 persons.
  2. Proficient in RTA operations across listed and unlisted sectors, with the ability to manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines defined for RTA activities as per Master Circulars issued by SEBI.
  3. Responsible for managing all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  4. Experience in unlisted equity admissions, including SME/Main board IPOs.
  5. Coordinated the management of Annual General Meetings/Extraordinary General Meetings/Voting/Postal Ballot activities.
  6. Handled audits, including internal audits, SEBI audits, and system audits.
  7. Tech-savvy and able to handle automation and integration of activities in software with IT support.
  8. Maintained independent coordination with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently.
  9. Closely coordinated with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes, as well as SEBI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

A commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations is required.

A post-graduation degree is desirable.

A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms is necessary.
