Job Overview

Oakwood High An International School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff. This full-time role will involve coordinating communication within the school, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, answering and directing phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our community.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing accurate and helpful responses.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy front desk environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a related field such as business administration or education.
