Role Overview:

The Office Administrator will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office. This role involves managing inventory, overseeing daily operations, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. Were looking for someone whos proactive, customer-service oriented, and can handle complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage office assets, including tracking incoming and outgoing items (e.g., R1 products, groceries).
- Oversee office operations to ensure a well-functioning, productive work environment.
- Welcome and assist visitors, coordinate meetings, and manage appointments as needed.
- Support various administrative projects and maintain accurate records.
- Perform occasional errands for office supplies and other necessities.
- Utilize MS Excel for data entry, inventory tracking, and administrative reporting.
- Complete complex administrative tasks independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
