We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Order Fulfillment professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.

  • Manage and update the production build plan with new updates on a daily basis.
  • Validate and verify slotting tool and build plan on a weekly basis
  • Approve all open and new orders, create and manage all tool and option orders in the system.
  • Manage shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates.
  • Work with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

">Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and two to five years prior work experience in production planning & order fulfillment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of managing complex processes and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
