About the Role
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive strategic vision across the organization.
  • Develop performance analytics and partner standards publications, including practice and partner dashboards/metrics evolution, productivity roadmaps, and external comparability.
  • Align performance goals with strategic cascades to functions and practices, director and partner scorecards, and facilitate performance conversations for leaders.
  • Enhance team effectiveness through collaboration, accelerating training for top team groups such as Executive Committee, Management Committee, and other Practice Leadership Teams.
  • Design and implement an organization model for allied functions, including function charters, job families, grade structure, and individual transition plans.
  • Accelerate partner development through yearly talent reviews, development plan completions, and detailed career plans for 20 partners.
  • Conduct scientific assessments for specific leadership roles such as Practice Coordinators and Office Managers.
  • Drive a Visible Expertise program for Partners to own and strengthen their external eminence.
  • Develop a governance model for the firm, including purpose, membership, and design rights for apex bodies such as Executive Committee and Management Committee.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • MBA in HR with 6-9 years of experience or graduates with exceptional experience in C-o-E/Talent Consulting.
  • Experience in Talent and Organization Consulting is an advantage.
  • Exposure to C-o-E roles in Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Exposure to strategic HR projects like Organization Structure Design, Job Evaluation, and Leadership Scorecards is a huge advantage.
  • Executive presence and prior experience of engaging with Senior Leaders.
