Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance business delivery, establishing a pilot A/R process, and devising a strategy to improve collections.

  • Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish an effective Accounts Receivable process and devise a strategy to optimize collection efficiency.
  • Utilize revenue cycle management expertise and KPI standards to maximize insurance collection.
  • Ensure seamless downstream revenue cycle operations, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.
  • Understand the nuances of various provider specialties and adapt accordingly.
  • Drive portfolio performance against client and internal benchmarks.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and business acumen in direct reports and team members.
  • Execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures effectively.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
  • Perform annual performance reviews/appraisals and create weekly reports/dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Employ strong people management skills to foster win-win situations.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach and focus on employee retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
  • Proven track record of handling a team of 150+.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
