ESG Solutions Specialist

This high-impact role sits at the intersection of sales, sustainability, and technology.

  • Lead discovery conversations with CXOs to understand their sustainability challenges and tailor demos of our ESG platform.
  • Deliver demos that map capabilities directly to identified client pain points and ESG requirements.

You will be the sustainability domain expert in prospect conversations, answering tough technical queries on ESG standards, frameworks, carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance.

About This Role:
  • Prepare solution proposals and decks post-demo outlining how we address client challenges.
  • Nurture partially qualified prospects through thought leadership, peer analysis, case studies, and ROI calculations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams for consistency of message and teamwork to win business.

Skills Required:

  • 3–6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product.
  • Strong familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices.
  • Proven experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Excellent storytelling skills – able to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.
