AI Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop cutting-edge models that accurately predict job performance. Your role will be crucial in delivering impactful analyses and experiments that drive key product metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish north-star and feature-level metrics for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and quasi-experiments, translating results into timely product decisions.
  • Create source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models to empower teams with self-service insights.
  • Instrument events with engineers to enhance data quality and latency.
  • Prototype quick models to improve matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) powered agents through rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in data science/analytics or related fields, backed by a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python for analysis, and comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Effective communication with engineers, product managers, and leadership, converting analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding (Hex/Mode/Looker), marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
