Job Summary

This role involves overseeing employee data and ensuring seamless operations for various insurance policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee data for clients.
  • Oversight of Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Coordination with insurers for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of endorsement tracker and timely updates in system.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
