Job Title: Senior Support Associate

As a vital member of our organization, the Senior Support Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This highly skilled professional will oversee a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including managing confidential information, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Brief senior executives before all meetings and appointments.
Communication Management:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of senior executives, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations for senior executives.
Information Management:
  • Maintain and organize confidential information and documents related to assigned activities.
  • Conduct research and compile data as required by senior executives.
Meeting Support:
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and decisions made during meetings.
Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations for senior executives.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
Administrative Support:
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by senior executives.
Requirements:
  • Proven history of consistent tenure in previous positions.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting CXO or HODs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
